| 'TODAY' has no systemic side effects as its residue is washed-off from the body |
| 'Today' contains soluble base which dissolves inside the vagina and its spermicide does not cause any systemic side effects on the body unlike oral pills which cause heavy
menstural bleeding (menorrhagia), fatness, hormonal changes in the body. 'Today' automatically gets washed-off from the body and does not retain any residue in the vagina. |
| ‘TODAY' is 99.9% safe as it contains spermicide in the required quantity as reported by IPPF (International Planned Parenthood Federation) |
‘Today' contains 5% Nonoxynol 9 which is very effective spermicide and is 99.9% effective as reported by IPPF. The only precaution to be taken is that ‘Today' must be inserted 5-10 minutes before intercourse to allow it to dissolve in the vagina. |
