| LOFNAC - P Tablets |
| You are requested to read this leaflet
carefully before you take this medicine as
it contains important information. If you have any questions or are not sure if
this product is suitable, ask your pharmacist. |
| Composition |
P
contains Paracetamol, which is an analgesic and antipyretic. This means it
controls pain and reduces fever. It also contains Diclofenac which belongs to a
group of medicines called Non
Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID's) which reduce pain and inflammation. |
| Indication |
P provides effective
relief from headache, toothache, period pains, rheumatic pain, backache,
arthritic pain, sprains, strains,
soft tissue injuries, gout, frozen shoulder, tendon pain and muscular pain. |
| Side Effects |
Usually, these
tablets do not cause any problems. They can however,
sometimes cause mild and transient side
effects such as heartburn,
indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness
or loss of balance. If these
side effects persist or worsen or you
experience any other unusual
side effects after taking this medicine,
stop using this medicine & inform your doctor or pharmacist at once. |
| Storage Condition |
| Store this medicine in a cool, dry & dark place.
Do not use after the expiry date shown on
the pack.
Keep out of the reach of children. |
| Dosage and
Administration |
| Adults and Children over 12 years |
One
tablet to be taken three |
| |
times a day with or after food. |
These tablets should not be given to
children under the age of 12
unless directed by your physician.
Do not crush or chew these tablets, swallow
them whole with a full
glass of water.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as
soon as you remember unless
it is time for the
next dose. Do not take two doses at the same time.
LOFNAC - P contains
Paracetamol & Diclofenac. Do not take any other Paracetamol or Diclofenac
containing products at the same time as this medicine.

| Precautions |
LOFANc - P is suitable for
most people. Ask yourself the following questions to check whether this product
is suitable for you :
- Are you allergic to any of the ingredients
mentioned above?
- Are you allergic to aspirin or any
other and-inflammatory drugs?
- Do you suffer from asthma?
- Do you have or have
you ever had a stomach or duodena! ulcer?
- Are you taking any
other medicines prescribed by your doctor?
- Do you suffer from
liver, kidney or heart problems?
- Are you pregnant or
planning to become pregnant?
- Are you
breast-feeding?
If the answer is yes
to any of these questions do not take this products until you hove talked to
your pharmacist or doctor.
